My Sleeping Habit and Dream

Sleeping Habit

Usually I can’t fall asleep in a bright room, so I turn a ceiling light off, even a miniature bulb, and make my room dark. But I can’t wake up in a dark room, so I leave the curtains open to light my room by sunlight in the morning. Therefore, the light of a signal in the immediate outside of a window considerably comes in (it is brighter than a miniature bulb), and I can’t sleep well. What on earth should I do? Please teach me good methods.

Dream

  When I was a high school student, I often dreamed a strange dream. The dream was the following thing;

    I’m very happy but I don’t understand the reason. I’m comfortable somehow, so I think that I want to be in this situation forever. But such a thing cannot go well easily. I notice someone approaching me, it’s my mother! And she shouts at me.

    I wake up just before shouted at by my mother in the dream, but there is really my mother in front of me! And she really shouts at me, “Wake up!!”.

Now I leave my parent’s house and live alone. Therefore, I don’t have such a dream recently. But sometimes I think that I want to dream it to wake up in the morning properly.

    Hmmm… what do you mean you can’t wake up in a dark room?! Does it mean you’re scared to wake up in it? If so, my advice is to overcome your fear!

    Your dream about your mother is funny. Do you think you dream it first, or your dream it because you hear your mother in the room?

    I can go to sleep very easily, but I can’t wake up easily. I set an alarm clock every day. The alarm rings properly, but I sometimes fail to hear the alarm. I sleep very deeply.

    I think you are very happy.
    I must wake up by 6:00 in weekends because my mother wakes me up.
    I want to sleep long in weekends…
